An award-winning, LEED® certified, Class A office building in Downtown West Palm Beach located at the entrance to the CityPlace shopping center that underwent renovations in 2022. Ownership needed a simple, intuitive scheduling and control system to manage their system and increase efficiency. Since they were already using Lumentender to control their neby Esperatè Corporate center, they added City Place Tower to be able to control and coordinate scenes or both buildings.
